At Natural Artisan Soap, we take pride in crafting high-quality, natural products and want you to love your purchase. Due to the personal nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please review our policy below.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on soap and skincare products.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us withinΒ 2 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Your order arrives damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • Your order was lost in transit and cannot be located.

To request a refund, please email us at info@naturalartisansoap.com with your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable).

3. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 5 hours of placing it.
  • Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or issue a refund.

4. Missing or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
  • We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
